Attention parents/guardians of 8th grade students: MHS will be having an information session where you can learn more about The Chesapeake Bay Governor’s School for Marine and Environmental Science, how it can benefit your child, and how to apply for admission to the program. The video linked below will provide a brief introduction to CBGS, which is a half-day program that students apply for in 9th grade and attend for math and science in 10th-12th grades.

SCW's Builders Club participated in MHS's homecoming parade. Thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Middlesex, we are fortunate to have an active Builders Club!

We have a variety of lost and found in the front office. If your child is missing one of these items, please have them stop by the office.

Twice a month, SCW students participate in Hawks Circles, which allow the opportunity to practice communication skills and build a stronger SCW community. Each circle has a specific topic connected to a SOAR value. This year, we have covered goal setting and school pride. Today, students discussed how drama and negativity damage the community, and then they discussed how to reduce drama. Be sure to ask your child about their Hawks Circle!

The PTA meeting for this afternoon has been postponed until Monday, October 23 at 5:15 pm.
